On August 26, 2021, the Government of India’s Ministry of Labour and Employment unveiled the e-Shram platform. Do you know what e-SHRAM is?

Workers will be given an, which will allow them to register on the e-SHRAM site, by the government. In order for workers to benefit from the different social security programmes, they will be given an e-SHRAM card that has a unique Universal Account Number (UAN). In the e-SHRAM card, there is a 12-digit UAN number that may be used everywhere in the nation.

The e-Shram card has what advantages?
